I had a great stay the past weekend at this hotel! Brittany at the front desk was very helpful and friendly when assisting me with checking in and out of my stay. I’m grateful for my stay and will definitely be returning! It means a lot to have great customer service. Brittany is amazing!
I had such a great experience at the Holiday Inn Express! I have to thank Brittany at the front desk! From the moment I arrived, she greeted me so warmly and made me feel welcome right away. She was always so friendly, and went out of her way to make everything easy. Throughout my stay she was the most attentive, always willing to help with anything I needed, and she made my trip feel stress-free. I really appreciated her kindness and professionalism—she’s a great asset to the hotel!

Everything's fine except the HVAC unit is not working correctly. I brought this issue to the front desk personnel this morning. It has not been fixed yet.
A hotel is a hotel at the end of the day, but this one stood apart from the rest. not because of the decor, but the night auditor! Shanice has to be the nicest person I have ever met. She was warm and friendly and kind! She never frowned and helped with everything I needed. A pleasure and I plan on returning a lot more. Heck of a worker! :)

The room comfortable but was nothing to write home about. The walls were quite thin and we could hear stuff going on in the hallway/outside early in the morning. Also the gym is just a treadmill, bike, and elliptical- no weights at all. However every staff member we spoke to was SO friendly and they had a nice breakfast that overlooked the water.
